Contact forms

When you submit an enquiry via one of our contact forms, your data is transmitted to us via email. We then use the information submitted to contact you regarding your enquiry and store it within our email systems, for up to a year, before it is automatically disposed of. We have automated systems in place to ensure that your data is deleted from our website servers after a year, too.

We will only use the information you submit to contact you regarding your enquiry. We will not add you to any email or marketing lists unless you give us your express consent by ticking the relevant check box.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
