18t GVW Flatbed Lorry without Crane or Loader
18 tonne GVW flatbed truck hire, ideal for transporting heavy loads which need to be loaded with a fork lift, such as steel stock, castings & mouldings, etc.
The bodies on our 18t flatbed trucks feature sturdy headboards, heavy-duty & hard-wearing hardwood half-lap load bed flooring, multiple integrated load lashing points in the load deck, and optional fall arrest system (may not be fitted to all vehicles but is available upon request). The chassis features a standard 4×2 axle configuration with a body length of 6.7 metres.
(Please note that although a fall-arrest system may be shown in the pictures, they are not fitted as standard to our entire fleet of trucks, but may be available by prior request.)
We also hire out 18t dropside lorries and have 18 tonne crane lorries – fitted with HIAB-type loader cranes – available to hire, including both front-mount cranes and rear-mount cranes.

LONDON ULEZ (ULTRA Low Emission Zone) & Clean Air Zones
Thanks to meeting the Euro 6 emissions rating, our vehicles are suitable for use within the London ULEZ Low Emission Zone, Low Emission Zones (LEZ) in Scotland, and the Clean Air Zones operating in cities such as Birmingham, Sheffield, Tyneside – Newcastle and Gateshead, Bradford, Bath, Bristol & Portsmouth. Therefore, under current rules you should not have to pay a charge to use your hired vehicle within a Clean Air Zone, LEZ or the enlarged ULEZ zone in Greater & Central London.
