Hire a 7.5 tonne Dropside Lorry with Front-Mount Loader Crane
Crane lorry hire is our speciality at Maun Motors.ย We have a selection of 7.5t lorry with crane, or 7.5 tonne GVW crane lorries fitted with front-mount truck loaders, aimed at general lifting work.ย ย The cranes themselves are fitted with a hook rather than a grab or bucket, and when accompanied with slings, they become versatile lifting tools for plant & machinery, street lighting & street furniture, and so on.
This 7,500 kg GVW truck has a flatbed body with removable aluminium dropsides, and heavy-duty, hard-wearing, hardwood half-lap flooring.ย The aluminium sides can also be removed upon request, to allow the truck to be used as a standard flatbed truck.ย The chassis features a standard 4×2 axle configuration.
Only the best quality cranes and lorry loaders are fitted to Maun Motors vehicles which is why you’ll find only cranes from market-leading manufacturers such as HMF, HIAB and Palfinger on the Maun Motors fleet.

LONDON ULEZ (ULTRA Low Emission Zone) & Clean Air Zones
Thanks to meeting the Euro 6 emissions rating, our vehicles are suitable for use within the London ULEZ Low Emission Zone, Low Emission Zones (LEZ) in Scotland, and the Clean Air Zones operating in cities such as Birmingham, Sheffield, Tyneside – Newcastle and Gateshead, Bradford, Bath, Bristol & Portsmouth. Therefore, under current rules you should not have to pay a charge to use your hired vehicle within a Clean Air Zone, LEZ or the enlarged ULEZ zone in Greater & Central London.
